It is only when you witness highly experienced business leaders debate issues that you can start to appreciate the power of such a peer group. Vibrant discussion resulted in truly innovative and realistic solutions from people who had ‘Been There – Done That!’
With the unquestionable success of our first Table, establishing a second Leaders’ Round Table (This link gives an overview) is being planned. Ensuring that we get the right sort of people/businesses in the group is important and we will be approaching local business leaders we have identified as fitting the profile, nevertheless we would be really grateful to anyone providing referrals.
To join the Leaders’ Round Table, they must be a business leader of a company with at least fifteen staff and have a management team. Everyone in the group will be an experienced business leader, the chief decision maker and be prepared to discuss in complete confidence, issues that may affect their business, therefore Chatham House Rules will apply.
