Over the past twelve years our mentors, most of whom are or have been business leaders in their own right, have been the cornerstone of SREG, freely offering their time and sharing their considerable experience to act as a sounding board and reflective partner to those looking to navigate the leadership journey.

Over ninety mentors supported several hundred local business leaders who run businesses ranging from sole trader IT services, to a small coffee shop with a couple of staff, to much larger manufacturing or service organisations.

In addition, many local businesses and individuals have provided funding, their venues and expertise in support of this initiative.
