Understanding how to sell in the ‘virtual world’ can make the difference between business survival and failure, so it came as no surprise that we had a ‘Full House’ for Simon’s workshop entitled ‘How To Convert Prospect Online’

Simon Darlaston of Sandler Training, one of the Skipton & Ripon Enterprise Group mentors, talked about the techniques used by the world’s leading companies to change to virtual selling, and showed us how we could apply these to our own businesses.

Of course running a successful business is dependent upon sales, but achieving sales success without being face to face with the prospect is one of the most common concerns our mentors are hearing from business owners right now.
During the workshop we were able to interact with other delegates, talk about our own business challenges and pick up new ideas that we could use to organise and run our online sales calls.
